HOUSE BILL NO. 548 "An Act relating to the construction of the                 
Alaska Orbital Launch Complex by the Alaska Aerospace

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 548 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
